Refund policy

At The Detroit Bead Co. every piece is handmade with care and attention. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will happily review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Detroit Bead Co.is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
